Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
The service
TaskBionics checks damaged files, shows what can be recovered, and sells repaired copies. Converters are free and run in your browser.
No guarantee of full recovery
Damaged files can lose data permanently. We repair what can be recovered and show you a preview before you pay. We cannot promise that every part of a file can be restored.
Your files
- Only upload files you own or have permission to process.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or files that infringe someone else's rights.
- Keep your original file. We never store it.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are one-off. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the file concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
