Repair a corrupted MP4 video (.mp4)
An MP4 is built from boxes ("atoms"): the video and sound data in an mdat box, and an index in a moov box that tells players where every frame is. Without a complete index, players cannot play anything — but the raw video data is usually still in the file.
What our repair does
- Correct the size of cut-off video data so it plays up to the cut
- Remove broken or junk data after the video
- Check the index, tracks and length
The check and preview are free. The repaired file costs $4.99.
